i watched a programme once tht said that it could mean there is a defiiency in the dogs food and so they do this to get the nutrients they need

having said that rabbits eat their own poo becasue it isnt fully digested maybe thats part of the answer, partially digested grass is what the dogs like as they candigest it easier??

But I'll bet good money that you don't eat it

Shit is shit whether it is full of grass or best caviar.

I had to go and remove a blocked macerator the other day (A macerator is a device which is connected to a toilet which cannot be connected via the standard 4" pipe to the main soil pipe. It mushes the stuff down to a pulp then passes it down a small bore pipe into the drain)

That macerator was packed with shit, piss, tampons etc and it had stood for 7 weeks fermenting in the festering heat, now quite honestly it could have been packed with grass or anything else, but it stank, it stank like nothing I've ever witnessed at any time in my short pathetic life
