I'm bloody awesome at guiding others towards this... but frequently forget to look after myself. Less a case of 'cure te ipsum' and more akin to 'quis custodiet ipsos custodes'

Thankfully colleagues will remind me from time to time to step away for a while and get my own shit together... sometimes even in those words...
