Posting the wrong thing at the wrong time.

How many of you have sent the a text to the wrong person?

I found out I'd mistakenly posted a private pm on the public thread by mistake. I can honestly say how going to read it I realised how easily defendable it was. Even this morning I've posted on the wrong thread.

Has anyone had the heart sinking moment on here, when you've posted instead of a pm? Is that why there's lots of comment removed by poster?

Loads of my comment removed are a result of mistakes I've spotted after posting.

Other times I've commented out of context as well and later removed it after thinking.

Not on here bit did send a fanny shot to a work colleague meant for a fellow fabster through WhatsApp

Now moving all filth to kik to prevent me sending one to my boss

I use a process at work wherein I write the email I want to write first, then delete it and write the email I'm professionally required to write second.

I have learnt not to fill in the To box until after writing the second draft.

Since then I've been extra careful on any communication medium.

Not done that, most of my deleted comments are due to my phone posting twice. Though there's a few texts or pm's I certainly look at after and wonder why did I press send x

Yes, i once sent a filthy email to the wrong person. I only realised three weeks later when i was clearing out my sent folder i thought it odd at the time i'd not got a response but assumed he'd lot interest!

I have winked instead of messaging due to small keys on a tablet.....I keep getting deleted but I'm sure that's a mistake too....

I've randomly sent people pms of comments I meant to post on a thread.

The most embarrassing thing I've ever done is sent a message at 5:30am to the guy I was dating and who was sleeping beside me, saying open the door I need a poo. Meant to send it to my sister as I was living next door to my mum at the time and had been holding a poo in all night and morning and my stomach was imploding with those weird belly farts you do when you're in bed with a guy.

I sent the message and instantly his phone went off, checked the message and sent it to him by mistake!

I had to phone my mum and explain what had happened. She gave me this big speech about taken rude photos of myself. I haven't learnt my lesson on yet

ive sent a past manager a messge that was meant for a certain male friend- i rode it out by bursting into the office next time i was in and commenting - he didnt know where to look - and ........ i rarely get embarassed
