So i've got a casserole type thing cooking away and i really really want dumplings but they are bad for me. *sobs*

They are not "bad", nothing wrong with flour, fat and salt (I like chopped onions in mine as well)...

Go for it, just do them small.

I went to the co-op earlier and they had this thing called 'dirty fries' they look like they would have a zillion calories but might be worth it?
