Either somewhere in the Cairngorms just to escape the madness of city life or London to embrace it.

Personally my favourite city in the U.K. Is Liverpool.. It's on the coast, it has plenty of culture, has the rolling hills of Wales and the lake district within 1 hour and is 30 mins from Manchester should you wish to fly to virtually anywhere in the world.

Living where I do I`d be mad to move! The only houses I can see out of the front of my house are the other side of a field, I can`t see one at all out the back! Yet I`m half an hour from the beaches of Bournemouth (if you can get a parking place!)and I have Studland Naturist Beach about 40 minutes away! It is a bit of a club desert so I make the most of my other club regular meetings in the West Midlands to get my Chams fix!

Gosport

I think I'm more likely to relocate much further afield but if I could afford to live anywhere in the UK without having to worry about working then I would chose a nice wooded valley leading to the coast probably in north Devon or south Wales.

I'd prefer to be fairly coastal, say a 15/20 minute drive. But realistically it'll be wherever my degree will take me (and a mortgage - whereas I'm mortgage free at present ).

"If I want to move somewhere I do, seems a shame to have a longing to be somewhere and not go

Yeah. ..some weird people on here. If you wanna go somewhere else then just go!"

It's really not as simple as that is it? Kids to think about, jobs hard to find, elderly relatives to think about. I don't think having responsibilities makes us weird

Isle of Bute I think. Just stunning wee place. Was there this year and last with work and felt 'something' each time. Going to go back during the summer for a good explore.
