Sperm do just fine once they are in there.

Do other stuff like checking fertility in both of you and ovulation times etc.

For fun, do every position in the Karma Sutra and then some.

Seriously. Try a few times with your pelvis tilted backwards and don't get up afterwards for a few mins.

If the sperm is healthy and it finds a healthy womb and egg. No probs.
