Depends on the day. I'd certainly like to feel happier. I know it could be much worse but also can't help feeling it could be much better.

Ok so for a long time I've given everything I've got emotionally and physically to everyone else. It's only this year I've started to reclaim some of this.

Am I getting what I deserve? Maybe getting closer to it I think.

Do I deserve better? No, I've chosen my life and the path it's going down isn't my fault. But I don't deserve anything.

Do I value myself? Yes I would say I do

Do I like myself? Some days more than others

On a scale of 1-10, right now with everything taken into account, I reckon I'm about a 7 or 7.5. I'm not desperately unhappy, I'm making positive changes. Life could be better, but couldn't everyone's?

Over the years I have come to know my self better and understand my true worth.

I am not the one with the loudest voice (at least hypothetically). My actions are well planed, well reasoned and often slip under radar until they come to fruition. I am very much a dark horse by nature. People often underestimate me to their peril or delight (depending on the circumstances).

So others who dont know me wellundervalue/underestimate me. But I and the people who know me well know my true value and my achievements in life are testimate. And to me that's all that matters, the rest can all eat cake.

I have always suffered terrible self esteem. However I looked at myself in a photo the other day & actually thought I was good looking. It's taken a while to get there though.
