well if you know you shouldnt have had it ...then you got think why you did ? it hurts because you got used to seeing to each other and obviously had feelings . that my opinion on it .

When my relationships split up, i would allow myself 2 weeks to wallow in self people, listen to soppy songs and generally be a miserable cow. Soon as the two weeks was up id pick myself up and dust myself down and move on.
