...Up on the Downs

My new floral pj bottoms were so much admired over the weekend, I left the campsite wearing them (sans knickers!) went and filled my car up, and even dropped into Lidl for a Pain au Chocolat in them!! So is I a Chav now?

What have you done lately that's out of character?

Did you have slippers on too? That's the kicker!

Ehm - I think the most out of character thing I've done recently was tip a taxi driver - I never do that.

I handed in my notice at work without the safety net of another job

I predict 'would you like fries with that?' in my future.

Hmm not sure - Minnitonka Moccasins from the USA? Quite a non-chav brand....I had primani flip flops on the wet grass earlier though! !

"Oh that would have taken some guts."

The lack of knickers first thing in the morning made me feel quite decadent!

To be a true chav you needed to be wearing ugg boots as well.

Haha

Yes OP I think you are on your way to chavsville!

But as the poster above said you should have been wearing Ugg boots to complete the ensamble.

Preferably cheap Primark fake ones that have worn down on the sole

Haha, I have some high street fakes somewhere I bought for my 87 year old Mum to wear round the house in winter lol! The upper came off the sole at the front, so they are like a flip-flop-Ugg! That could be a new chavvy trend!

Had addidas jogging bottoms on and a pair of stilettos the other day. Drove home from my friends barefoot but had to walk across the petrol forecourt with clip clop high heels on and adidas jogging bottoms. Completed the look with mascara that had run, no bra and a vest top!

About 3 years ago I seen a woman in our local newsagents in a pink night gown that was open (she had underwear on)

No idea if she knew or not but was amazingly sexy and I couldn't move my eyes away

Out of character? I made a comment on the forums that someone misunderstood and therefore that person got super offended.

And rather than apologising or trying to sort it out, I just wound them up more and quite enjoyed it.

I wear pj bottoms all over the place, so it wouldn't be out of character for me (does that make me a chav? ).

But I did recently cook a meal from scratch for Marc, and absolutely no one got sick. Now, that's out of character for me. Move on over Nigella!

Yes that really makes it, lots of those in evidence on the campsite - my dressing gown would match rather well actually, I'll work on that for next time!!
