Take painkillers if you haven't already. Sit on the floor, legs apart and lean towards each foot a couple of times trying to touch your forehead on your knee. After that retire to bed with a hot water bottle.

Feel better soon.

Norwich

sport. lots of movement increases the bleeding and you are done quicker and usually helps me to relax tensed up muscles. I prefer swimming then but I know that's not everyone's cup of tea when they are on...

Get moving! Increases oxygen flow to the muscles to stop them cramping...but also ibuprofen and a hot bath are good.. hope they pass soon xx

Don't envy you at all Mine used to be crippling due to an undiagnosed medical condition Happily 7 years ago since I had elective surgery and said goodbye to cramps and I couldn't be happier

According to the latest Tampax advert swinging on a rope over a river is to be recommended.

Drink plenty of water, and move, even a walk will help

Ease the aches, as hard as it is to get going, it really does help.

"hot water bottle and pain killers - "

This!

You need paracetamol with codeine in your life!

A hot bath/ shower and a hot water bottle.

Ouch I feel your pain

Traffic land

Thankfully I rarely suffer, but when I do it's a decent walk (difficult at 10.30 at night), a source of heat, water bottle or wheat bag and a distraction TV/music/reading whatever suits you.

Hope you feel better soon

Get someone to knead the bottom part of your back.....rock gently side to side just between your hips.

This tip was passed on to me by a 19 year old coworker (male) when I was in my early twenties and was a godsend....when I could find someone willing to do it.

I used to of course but being post menopause so no longer in need of Tampax I'm not allowed to any more. I'm banned from roller skating in white shorts too
