Hi ladies and gents...

I'm thinking of getting some equipment for a home gym in my garage.

Anyone who has similar; what equipment/brands do you recommend?

Apparently 95% of home fitness equipment never gets used more than twice...

Have mixed weights, bar bell, curl bar, dumbells and a punch bag. All get used fairly regularly.

My advice is. Buy second hand. A lot of the time it gets bought used a couple of times then left to be used as a clothes horse
