a few months ago maybe even a year we had a thread on here which led to my trying magnesium for foot cramps and tinnitus - has helped the cramps a little so not altogether a waste - just been watching a programme on chilbirth where a lady had been given magnesium but had left her drowsy - ive been so overtired the last few months its unreal so going to try without and see if any change - cany win

I don't know if it's has been mentioned before but quinine works vey well for cramp. You can get this from Schweppes Toni's water and as this goes well with gin there is no down side.

yes thanks - i drink tonic - think im just aging and slowly falling apart bit by bit haha

Not all tonic water has the quinine in it.

Are you taking the magnesium before bed? You should always take it at night.

Try magnesium and potassium combo..add omega 3 and you will be flying

Co-enzyme Q10 is good if you're feeling tired, I can't say it does much but it's supposed to be an essential enzyme.

Mg does nothing for tinitus.

i was yes - i am also taking iron plus multi vitamins - under the doc for a general overhaul as im bruising easily - way more than normal - more tired than normal - tinnitus louder than normal - insomnia worse than normal - think i need time out haha
