I've lost 3 stone over the last 4 months and to be successful that the way you've got to do it....slowly to ensure you lose fat and keep it off. | |||

You run the risk of extream dehydration but water is Verry hevey and bodety fat holds a lot of it to. if you loos enuf of it you can loos up to 2 stone in 1.5 days. You can loose 'safely' around 8% of your body weight through dehydration, anything more, it becomes dangerous. People have died doing it. Do a lot of research about it, or better yet, seek professional advice. Do it on your own risk | |||
