Not sure really but I have to admit that B A are the worst , even surpassing bangladesh Biman and their other companies Vuelling and Iberia.

I'm not sure. It seems a bit odd that an organisation of that size wouldn't have back up or protection but then I thought that about the NHS until last week.

It's a nightmare for those involved. It will however result in some at BA getting their arses kicked and we can look forward to this being a one off!
