What is considered as 'hung' and what is considered slight hanging or whatever is the next size down?

Normally the stage just after they've 'dropped', but just before they've been drawn and quartered. Unless I'm thinking of something else that is.

I'm quite generous in that I consider a guy well hung if he's over 7 inches in length with decent girth. If the penis is heavy and makes a good 'thud' sound when it pings back against his belly then he's well hung.
