Can anyone else read lips?

I find that when I 'go down' on a lady that I can tell what is going to happen next just by reading her lips. It all depends on the flushing colour, whether there is moisture there, and if the lips start to part. I find I can predict the immediate future from reading those lips. Am I the only one with this skill?
