Na, anything that uses energy will burn fat, thus revealing more of that elusive 6 pack. If I where to do any cardio I'd go for Good as it's supposed to send your metabolic rate sky high for 48 hours. | |||

I do all the different machines in a random order once or possibly twice a week. My cardio work is much more structured though as that is where my targets are | |||

It also appears to be that I'm the only one who wipes them down afterwards | |||
