Yeah! I'm poorly but if you could take me out in spirit please? Perhaps I could sit side saddle on the front of your bike and you can keep me safe with your arms wrapped round me and then maybe.......ooooh I think I'm delirious!

Nah! 15 mile gentle cruise along the seafront! Maybe an ice cream half way...

Would take a while for me to get down there so ill have to pass. In may defence, I've done 100k so far this week

Only did 11 miles in the end. But a good third of it was on very rough rutted tracks, around the edges of the salt marches.
