I'm really struggling at the moment as news trickles in of those missing concert goers from Manchester. My heart feels completely heavy.

On the other hand, I feel hopeful that there are still so many amazing people around.

So, I want to hear what amazing things you've witnessed. Have you ever been on the receiving end of a random act of kindness!?

I'm not hitting you, that's not kind.

As far as random acts of kindness go, the best I've received was a lift from the scene of an accident I'd been involved in, to a services. Where the folk driving me, bought my breakfast and many calming coffees.

I run a charity group, and a couple of years ago was on a day out with the families I help and it was just as my marriage ended. One of the parents bought me a little fridge magnet of an angel to look over me. Was very touched as she didn't have much money but thought enough of me to spend much needed money x

Also, running a charity group is a pretty kind act in itself!
