Smoked salmon with a sprinkle of chives along with a baby leaf salad to accompany it.

Use Sailburys smoked salmon bits - half the price of sliced which your only going to chop up anyway.

No. Frittata has potatoes in and is baked in an oven, I think.

Oh yeah, it's a much richer taste. They are more expensive to buy, but go treat yerself and enjoy! I don't live out in the sticks anymore, but still buy some occasionally

Oh yeah, it's a much richer taste. They are more expensive to buy, but go treat yerself and enjoy! I don't live out in the sticks anymore, but still buy some occasionally "

Used to see them on the car boot sales a while back but haven't seen them for a while.....next time I do though..

Not at all, especially if the eggs are free range and the butter is not the substitute spread type.
