Goals and rewards

What current goals are you working towards and what have you promised yourself for reaching it, or what motivational tactic are you using?

I'm trying to get to 80kgs, started at 86.6, currently at 81.2. Promised myself a McDonald's but the closer I get the less I want it now lol.

Thanks man. I'm all honesty I'll probably just skip the reward, it's a reward in itself just losing the weight.

I used to have a 6 pack, then I started driving and it got swallowed in tons of McDonald's drive throughs

I want my 6 pack back. And next year smash Tough Mudder and make it my bitch

6 pack back is second goal for me. No idea what weight I need but I know it's supposed to be like, 10% body fat or less.

I;m working towards 2 years sober, although 'working towards' makes it sound harder than it is as after the first 6 months it stopped being difficult. The reward will be knowing that I haven't been the complete dick I can sometimes be when I;m fucked for over 2 years

It was ment to look on the funny side if I didn't I'd go mad.

My current landlady is as crazy as a bag of frogs and I should have jumped ship a long time ago. I just hate having to pack up and move again!! I've basically just stuck at it because I can't be arsed with all the hassle and expense.

For me it's back to the gym and try to get my arse a little slimmer. Holiday in 10 weeks and I want to be more active on it.
