Feeling a bit tearful this eve. Dunno why cos I've had a nice weekend with rose and H. So I'm tucked up in bed with my chocs n I'm watchin the killing.

What do you guys do when you get an attack of the blues?

I'm quite lucky, I never get down that much, always a glass half full guy.

However, I also teach mindfulness, so that is a good release!

Oo that sounds interesting. I'm mostly happy tbh think it's cos I have had a good wd with my girls that this is a bit of a come down. I usually love it when they go home lol. X

Sorry to read this PTU, hopefully it'll pass soon for you.

I hide my profile on here, eat fresh bread and cheese and strawberries, go for a drive in the sticks or play something angry that leaves bow hairs broken. Depending on how bad it is I also watch something cathartic (if I'm in the right frame of mind of it).

Cried last night, crying as i type this..

I just stick on a soppy ass film n let it out.

I wanna love myself, i want someone to love me, i want to be happy, i want something i cant have, i want something thats not real.. been living in a bubble where fantasy feels real,, then it smacks you in the face that its not.

I'm having a duvet day with some of my favourite films on the box... Too tired to do any of my usual activities, but a walk on the beach with my pooch or a fishing trip usually lifts my spirits

Other than that I watch a film that I know is gonna make me blart big time, but take some pain killers before hand coz the headache that I'm left with is ridiculously painful

I also have a nice odd selection of Friends, The Inbetweeners, Futurama, Glee & Fresh Prince Of Belair DVD box sets which are fun and good to bulk watch on bad days.
