So to counteract all the negativity on the forums we need to think of the good things we like.

Can be a person that makes you feel good. A song, a film, a book. Or a place. Anything that gives you that feel good factor.

I love a good kiss, makes me forget the world and just lose myself in the others arms.

What's your feel good factor?

I love a good kiss too, when someone kisses me out of the blue

And a good strong set of arms giving me a big cuddle... soft arse aren't I?

My son, for obvious reasons, even if he's a whiney thing today

And my colleagues, even my managers, my work pals bring me so much joy, they're all total babes

the fact I'm not one of those who spreads shit and negativity in the forums is a feel good factor in on and by its self in my world .

because only misery tries to spread misery and fabs forums has way to many people causing shit because of the misery of there own existence .

A lovely smile.

A good cuppa.

Listening to good music.

Going out on my bike or to the gym.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 did make me laugh yesterday.

A massage. I had one the other day and was virtually asleep. It was heavenly.
