The journey of a single straight male continues

So the long and winding road that has been my sexual experiences carries on. I had been curious for a while about doing the naughty with another man.

Met a very friendly chap who was kind enough to invite me along to one of the few remaining saunas in London. The place was very nice and tidy and everything seemed really relaxed - great, was really impressed.

I thought I'd throw myself in the deep end, lets not do any half measures. Whilst there were guys there that were cute, attractive even, the lust or want that normally goes through my head when I see an attractive woman wasn't there. I felt as I would anywhere else - normal for lack of a better word.

I did get to appreciate how single women feel with the attention etc. Not to say I had a bad time, but I do get it a lot more than I did previously. So, it was at least a worth while adventure in that regard.

I would say that most straight guys should try and go along. I think of it as a valuable learning experience.

Good post op - a lot of guys who enjoy some fun with men don't have the attraction to men, as they would with women, as you've noticed about yourself.

I like to be in at the deep end often - and the sauna at least gave you quite a bit of choice, if it had been right for you. I'm guessing it's going to be about being with the right person in the right situation that could work better for you.

I don't think there is a right guy, I just came away being very comfortable in my skin and being a straight fella. I would say I'm more comfortable with myself and others than I was previously.
