"Yep. It was the first the park That my son experienced. It was wonderful watching him awestruck on some of the rides. A fabulous memory Such a shame it is closed " Yeah. It was always fun watching the jousting tournament. I remember listening to music on my mp3 player every time on each ride I went on at Camelot. For example, on the Dragon Flyer, I would listen to Bastian's Happy Flight from The Neverending Story and on The Dungeons of Doom, I would listen to the Dual theme from the Dual ride at Alton Towers.

You remember it much better than me and I must say I confuse some of the memories with Gulliver's world in Warrington. It's now 12 or 13 years ago so both experiences with my son were close together.

"oh what. I didn't know this. Lots of memories of Camelot " Yeah. The reason why it closed down back in 2012 was due to a low visitor count to the park due to a combination of bad weather, the Queen's Jubilee and the 2012 olympics

I know that some rides have gone to Pleasureland at Southport and some rides have gone to the Gulliver's theme parks.
