Taunton

I was asked this the other night and I can't recall ever buying a single in my life.

I spent most of my childhood listening to my dad's collection of albums instead. Hence the reason I love rock and heavy metal genres so much.

My first one was Abba the movie

I was only a kid and I saved all my pocket money and begged money off my family to get it. Still got it to this day. I need a player now. As I've got all my dads rock and roll vynals from the 50s

There and to the left a bit

OK I'll embarrass myself as I always do when this type of thread crops up....I actually bought two at the same time:

Nice One Cyril - The Cockerel Chorus

Long Haired Lover From Liverpool - Jimmy Osmond

My excuse is I was only 7 or 8!!

Thankfully the question is vinyl and I therefore don't need to confess some of the dodgy tapes from woolies!

I think my first vinyl was George Best by The Wedding Present or possibly Back in the DHSS by half man half biscuit

I had a record player in a suitcase I loved playing puff the magic Dragon on it. Think I was possibly 4/5? After that I inherited my bros stacker system n some of his albums. Mainly sex pistols marrillion and half man half biscuit.

Once cds came out i got a CD walkman and I think the first cd i got was NKOTB.

PTU xxx
