Straight and narrow

Most of us live with some inner conflicts, as part of our complexity. Conflicting desires that really couldn't be described as aligned in any way. We may settle with compromise, either having a bit of both, suppression of one or we could stay oblivious to it etc.

What needs, beliefs, behaviours etc do you have that are conflicting? Or are you on the straight and narrow road, it's all an easy ride?

I guess for me, the sanctity of marriage accompanied with the need for something I can't get from marriage, for reasons that aren't either of our fault?

Definite dichotomy of my thoughts, beliefs and indeed morals
