Yes, cooked the leg last night and stripped it into small cuts. Tossed it with a handful of wholegrain rice and it goes down lovely. The lamb has natural fats that stop the rice being too dry and the flavour isn't disguised by anything else. Still get the complex carbs and protein I want.

2 Trout gutted and beheaded and seasoned with herbs and lemon and wrapped in foil to be served with asparagus ..and he's having jersey royals with his. All for £2.90 from the reduced section in tesco. Gotta love a bargain dinner
