Wait til you've finished all the questions though and the invigilator doesn't see you

Central

Take control of your breathing, so that you take good long and well-timed breaths. I suggest exhalations to be twice as long as inhalations.

Do some exercise, as the research is positively there to support your wellbeing.

Get out into nature - it's really good for you.

And organise what you're doing, so that there are no surprises, everything is measured and as stable as it can be.

I have experience in that field. I can stand still, with my beady eyes surveying a hall, for hours.

Tell yourself it's not a big thing, and you can retake it if you don't pass.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Read through the whole paper and find the question you know you can answer without much thought. Do that one first and then go back and do the rest. You will have relaxed into by then.

Good luck.

Relax & have regular breaks during revision - go for a run to clear your head often - sleep well & little alcohol x

You'll be all right with that. Only 5 exams.

Is your bookkeeping computerised and manual?

I did that. 7 exams for level 1.

Both good courses. Hope you pass them.

It's tough. We're going through it here. We just have to trust them to have done enough and not get them stressed with our stress and expectations.

I know, I keep saying just do your best, you've worked hard and I'm proud of you.

She stresses because she compares herself to her cousins and older sister.

Doesn't help when her teacher tells them to ignore parents saying don't revise night before. He told them to stay up all night as it's better to be tired and know your stuff!!!

Idiot! And I'm a teacher!!
