... that you found yourself going home with the birds?

Having a chat with someone and it suddenly dawned on me that I've not gone home with the birds for a very long time!

I need to be doing that sometime soon else I really will be middle aged!

When I were a lad, most weekends I would be a dirty stopout.

These days I like to be in bed by 9pm and home by midnight!

we were going to a party and asked our boys to make sure they locked the house and attended to our dog before they went to bed.

We went to the party and didn't get home till around 5am, but we were still home before our lads were

They rolled in around 6am

East Grinstead

Last Monday, rolled into bed at 5:30am.

Usually party a couple of times in the year, if in London though book a cheap hotel deal to avoid having to deal with lack of night time public transport.

This morning and i am still shattered. Although the birds were quiet as it was blowing up a storm.

glasgow

we dont usually go out untill about ten.

we nearly always end up,back at somebody's for a party,so it's still quite common for us to get in,with the birds.

the milkmans gives us a lift, now and again.

Yesterday morning - I went to a club in Hertfordshire for 11pm til 4.30am and got home at 6.15am. I am still recovering from it, am so stiff and tired today.

We like visiting various clubs so I do it more now than I did in my early clubbing days

Ah those were the days! I used to walk from friends houses after an all night party etc and know if I played my cards right would get a lift to the village from the milkman! My mother used to be mortified but if I paid my bro 10p I could jump on outhouse roof and he would let me in his bedroom window! My borther dropped me (and my mum) in it when he overheard my dad asking mother what time I got in - he told him I was in when the birds were making a noise and he couldnt get back to sleep!!
