Last Dec I was ok and available to so many being within the age limit of the profiles, but since then it seems I'm now over the hill and not wanted .

I don't actually feel any differently and still able to retain an erection. I assume it's just a convenient number or do many feel over 45 is too old for adventurous..thoughts please...

Well this is disappointing news as I'm 45 on my next birthday! Mind you my grey hairs are increasing daily so maybe it IS the threshold of 'old'?

Your upper age limit is 55. That makes me too old for you. I don't feel that your choice makes me over the hill. Do you feel 60 is too old for adventurous thoughts or do you just (and this is your prerogative) prefer to meet people under 55? Although other people's preferences might exclude you they aren't a reflection on you personally.

Im 45 and I don't feel past it yet. There are lots of women, couples and men who meet over 45s, just stick to those. Or go to an organised social as face to face age limits are less enforced in my experience.

That's the same with all age limits. You can be 1 year too young or too old whatever the limit number happens to be.

It's a sad reality of internet selection. We will all suffer it at some point....

I was 45 in April, only seems to affect meeting on here based on profile preferences. Not noticed any differences in clubs as no one seems to ask your age there they just go by looks and good attitude.

Good point I never considered my own profile age limitations. Will be reviewed. For me it seems 45 is a common cut off number for most and i only noticed this because I have now surpassed the golden pinical.

That was my thoughts on posting. Seriously though not really concerned.... I feel fine. It was more of an observation to the 45 and a discussion point,as we know and appreciate on this site it all comes down to personal preference.
