Hi all.

Been on here a few years now and had a some great times but now my spare tyre is getting bigger (19 stones but wear it well ish) do you sexy girls like a few pounds on a man or do I hit the gym ?

Think it depends on the individual.. and if they look well with it or not..

I know that im not a fan of ripped men.. muscles do nothing for me..

i like some larger guys.. but others just do nothing for me.

When younger and in the forces I was very fit indeed, that has gone quite a bit now lol, but I am still very happy in my skin...there is just a bit more skin to be happy in

Very true. I worked on improving my wardrobe with the help of a female friend and got a boost in my self-confidence. That comes across when I talk with people, and they react more positively as a result.
