Thats quite accurate really! Well, flavoured water, but the effect of water non the less

For the sake of saving half a point on each glass, you're better off saving your points in the day, or exercising more then treating yourself to wine, rather than fizzy pop - just my opinion, but that's all it tasted like.

If you want expensive fizzy pop and to save a few points buy the weight watchers wine.

If you want the satisfaction of a well deserved glass of wine, buy a glass of wine and factor the points into the day.

I actually dont drink at all(unless its a social lol) but someone just mentioned it to me and i was wondering about. Personally if im going to have a drink i will lol, i bugger the sins for that day

I would stick to white wine and soda. That's what my neighbour does as she says white is lower cals and soda is zero. Works for her next door as she is as skinny as they come.
