Depends what work I was involved in - boring but I have a strong work ethic. Except when I'm on fab although I try to leave that to coffee breaks. Of which I have numerous....

Yes, I would. My work diary is flexible, which means I can normally jig it around for the right person

I can work from home whenever I like and can also move my hours around to suit, as long as my work gets done.
