I think surely you must be able to report them for abuse. Just describe the content in the report box that shows up

Yes if course you can.

Click on top the said persons profile....top right menu and at the bottom of the options is the report option.

I've done it.

Don't necessarily want him kicked off site but a telling off needs to actioned.
