How can it take 40 minutes to have a live chat & to still end up with no resolve but the other person trying hard to flog you a new phone? Frustrating so i decided i'd cancel my sim only contract. Lord knows what calculators they use in the phillipines but £11.89 x 8 is not £217.69!

Sadly no supervisor to speak too so lets see how customer services goes...

What a horrid end to a lovely 2 days off work...

Not sure I can say this but.....what the hell!

Giff gaff is your friend.

I left Orange/EE, they actually paid £600 me to leave; honestly, I still have the letters. They were so in the wrong it would have taken them light years to get back to the middle.

Put ALL our sims on GG and have never looked back.I can even phone one child for FREE when they're in Europe; I do it all the time as they've been there since Jan and it costs me NOTHING.
