Do you ever just feel weepy, no specific reason, just suddenly you're crying? Or scared, fearful and anxious?

If not, feel free to discuss the 80s band.

I wanted to run the world, as a five year old. Maybe six.

Yeah. When I have loads of stuff going on that I put to the back of my mind it usually creeps out when Im not expecting it.

Usually when some asks if Im ok and I realise Im not.

Also sowing the seeds of love is my fave tears for fears song.

I do, because its a mad world, and if something doesn't change, then it'll get worse.

It might make you want to shout, but I think we should be sowing the seeds of love, instead.

I recommend you Shout, shout, let it all out....

And that has just reminded me what tune I was going to kick off Saturday nights entertainment with. Bugger!

Oh well, good thing I had a few odd requests to go with instead

Sometimes the dreams where I'm dying are the best I've ever had.

And yes I do experience moments like the OP is describing.

Yes Estella I do, the other night I cried into my dinner and then again when I was in the bath.

I was howling like a bitch

Not really a fan of Tears for Fears

A week before my monthly visitor i do. It's gotten worse as i get older. Hormones and stuff.

Or sometimes we are stressed without realising we are.

On the Tears for Fears front, my mum worked for Social Services as a Home Help for years back in the 80's and 90's. One of the women she went to was the mum to one of the lead singers of Tears for Fears (i forget which one). She had one of those gold disc frames on her wall and showed my mum.

Yeah I feel like that sometimes. I've had hormone issues recently which have made it worse...

West Wales and Cardiff

I cry more as a 40-something man, than when I was a small child.

There's usually underlying reasons (the state of the world, the state of my world), but every-bloody thing sets me off these days.

I had a little cry during Masterchef last week and was crying like a baby after watching a beautiful clip of Janis Joplin live online last night (I used to find her a bit "too much", but this is so amazing and I wanted to reach in the computer to hug her).

I suppose there are reasons for those, but every emotion is just turned up to the max these days. I've definitely been sat and

someone says "why are you crying" - the answer to which is "I don't bloody know" .

What's that wonderful Brian Wilson song - "I Guess I Just Wasn't Made for these Times".

Think that's me.

I get like that a lot, I retreat to my bedroom and just let it all out. Silly things set me off, I'm just an emotional person x

I seem to be crying all the bloody time lately, its infuriating because I want to be one of those kickass women that gets the job done, not the one sat blubbing in the corner

Any animals in distress or dying and I suddenly get a bit of grit in my eye. Also, dad's talking about how proud they are of their kids turns me to mush

Mad World innit?

Before joining Fab, I had this realisation that I'd not had a proper embracing cuddle for a long time. That made me cry more than anything. Now I make my meets give me all the cuddles!

Yep watching the girl choir on BGT singing Nessun Dorma last night. Definite leakage from the tear ducts

ive gotten good at putting on the brave face when im out and about - only a couple of close friends sense or can tell - theyre harder to hide stuff from but they are also the ones that i say please dont ask and they dont out of respect for me - what i hate are those that dont really care but peck peck - asking whatsup - theyre just nosy fuckers and mean nothing to me really - at home alone i can cry hard and long when im alone
