I'm in same boat but can't come out

Seen sexual psychotherapists and told I'm typical transgender person. Can't come out!

I think to truly be yourself your both going to have to come out. Those that really love you will stay by you.

I don't have those 'that truly love me'

But I have a fairly good job, I enjoy, it pays enough to let me do most things I enjoy, although not financially secure enough to risk losing it, if work slows down, redundancy gets mentioned..... yep

My parents are still alive and well (adoptive parents) but they have always been my mum and dad! They really wouldn't accept it, not for one second. They don't know and I can't let them know.

I've a few friends that know, although to most I 'love fancy dress parties' and put loads of effort into looking great. I let my hair down and make evening laugh and be lovable. They believe it's 'just fancy dress' too
