I know I'll get mixed responses on this but what are peoples general _iews on this?

Is meeting a person 10+ years older or younger than yourself right or wrong. Is dating a person with large age gaps right or wrong or even a full on 'falling in love' relationship????

i have dated someone older than me by 20 years and ive found that all my ex's have been in there mid 30's

Im just attracted to men older than myself. I think as long as two people click and ultimately the people involved are happy who are others to judge

I remember fondly stating on a previous thread that I like the idea of older ladies and younger guys..... But struggle with older guys and younger girls.

I naturally always went for guys slightly older than me but less than 15 years difference.

When i met jay i wasnt attracted to him sexually(nor him me) but after becoming very close over the period of a year i realized without knowing it i had fallen in love with him(and him me).

He is everything i could want in a man, hes my soulmate. But if someone had told me 6 years ago i would end up with someone 23 years older than me i would of told them poppy cock.

For us it works.

We have some funny moments though

We are about 15 mins outa Pontypridd and we do go to Crawley in west sussex 2-3 times a year so get in touch !!

Well sugar is 12 yrs younger than i am and we are extremely happily married and deeply in love so happy days ha ha

If it works for those concerned how can it be wrong?

There was 14 years between my parents and 10 between my ex-husband and I.

My own personal preference is older men: my OH is six years older. I would feel uncomfortable and ridiculous with a partner in their 20s considering my step children are in their 30s and my own kids are in their 20s too! At 50 I couldn't see myself with someone in their 80s either: my dad would have been 90, too icky for me!

Extremes in anything are unstable so it wouldn't be for me.

Age is a strange thing .. to me not that important - but - I'd never consider meeting someone too young (younger than 25).

For older women/couples I do not really have a limit - whereas they tend to be more "aware" of what they want - and no confusion can come into play.

Do correct me if I am "wrong" - I know young women/couples can know what they want - just as well as more mature ones - I just don't want to get mixed up in a play where more serious feelings could get problematic.

If I was playing in a club for example and there was someone I wouldn't want to play with came near me I would tell them to go away however "lost in the moment" I was. And you are quite within your rights to do the same

FOr playmates I find I prefer similar age to me.. although do go a few years either way...

However, Master is 12 years older than me and I am happiest I have ever been.. My sister was dating someone 25 years older and it worked for her..

I have a friend who is 19 and her Master and soon to be husband is 53.. very happy and she is expecting her first baby ( his 4th) soon... Anyone that knows them can see how made for each other they are.

So I dont think there is ever anything really right or wrong in relationships as long as it is right for you and isnt illegal..

So should anyone in a relationship that some dont consider to be the "norm" be prepared to have comments made about them and be stared at? What about interracial relationships? What about relationships where one partner is in a wheelchair? What about relationships where one person is overweight and the other underweight? One very tall and one very short? Should all these kind of relationships expect comments and to be stared at just because others show a lack of ignorance and not able to accept that there is more to age that makes people fall in love.

Having said all that i couldnt give a toss what people think. Noone who i know in the real world (friends, aquaintances and family) even comment on jays age, in fact the only thing they do is seriously take the piss because where so loved up

not a problem, if thats what you like.

However, when we look for a couple we dont want a 10+ age gap between the couples we meet (unless the fem is 18ish and the guy is 30-35ish).

Unfortunately, the couples that we get messages from are those with fems around the 30 range and the guys in 40+

In general we find the older you get the less in shape people are as they tend to let themselves go - and thats not sexy (well not for us anyway).

When I was writing my comment, I thought of a programme on television, quite late at night that followed 4 couples where there was a large age gap. Two of the couples said that when they were out, people stared at them, made comments and one couple were even spat at

Its actually no one off this site, shes 23 I'm 34...but it would seem the majority of couple on here are 10+ age gap and so with that conclusion I'm gonna take her out!

I might get some crap off my family but I really like her and I know she likes me!
