if I don't fancy a sweet snack I like a smoked mackeral fillet, warmed skin down in a hot frying pan and with sweet chilli sauce that's added to the hot fish oil.

Only takes about 30 seconds if the pan is hot

all depends on how lazy i'm feeling Vs how peekish I am.

can't beat a bowl of corn flakes to give you that quick fix, but if i can be arsed to cook, then it will either be a Fish Finger sandwich, or a Bacon Sandwich.

i had it with cinnamon in a hotel in tobago and it was yummy

tried to re-create it since and never pulled it off

so it's simple eggy bread for me now

Try cheese beanos - cheese on toast with Heinz beans. Also, cheese on toast with jalapenos.

Scrambled egg and black bean quesadilla.

And an ice cream float to wash them down.
