Usually cheese and coleslaw but as I'm currently making efforts to get back in shape it would be low fat cottage cheese and fresh chives.

For the record it's working 3 sizes down

Can I scoop it out, mix the potato with sour cream and spring onions, put it back into the skin too with cheese and grill?

I shall have it with salad and a chilli dressing
