Click on profile, on the left side there is "Invite as friend" tab. Click it.

I can only talk for the mobile site (never use the desktop version) but go into their profile, click on 'menu' and 'invite as friend' is there as an option.

Click on your intended victim's profile, then on the left it says "Invite as friend", click on that and wait to see if they respond
