My social is half hour late. He confirmed half an hour before meet.

Has not read my last two messages

Could be traffic?

How much longer should I wait?

I'm thinking I'm off when I've finished my coffee x

If he is driving he can't use the internet or phone so give him another 20 mins and take no notice of silly comments he may have a good explanation.

Could be genuinely late, driving as you say - he could pull over and call/text though.

I was 10 mins late yesterday (Ok, 14 mins) but called my social meet lady and we had a great 4h in the pub when I go there!

Don't wait longer than 45 mins though! xx

You are right on both counts and with it being 6 points for using your phone in the car even while stopped in traffic its better to pull over if you can but if not possible then wait.

My very first meet off Fab (first time around) was over half an hour late with no contact - I was literally about to leave and they arrived hugely apologetic and they couldn't message as phone was in their bag as they drove.

Might be a legitimate reason - although 45 mins is pushing it!

Happened to me with someone who referred to us as friends with benefits. Only, I messaged him in the afternoon when I hadn't heard from him all day. He said he probably wouldn't make it back in time. Next day he displayed a verification from a younger, fitter woman. I don't blame him for wanting someone better or different; I hadn't bothered getting ready.

I've messaged to suggest he could've messaged me. I will decide whether to give him a second chance when I get his response
