I started trimming my pubes in the 1980s after a girlfriend suggested it would be nicer not to wade through a jungle to find it. By the 90s I was doing a mix of trimming and shaving and that has continued until the present day. I much prefer the look and feel. Sometimes more, sometimes less but always a combination of both. The tricky bit is blending it, so it works with my hairy chest (also kept tidy).
