Are we naive

We often scan the profiles in the hope of finding some couples who shine, but lately we are seeing a trend that just don't seem to be right, or is it just us.

The thing that's pricked our pickle is profiles where the couple proclaim to both be straight, then in the "will meet" section is the obligatory "couple's (m,f),women,,,,, then TV/TS.

Now call us if we have this wrong but is it not usual for Bi or Bi curious to list TV/TS as wanting to meet.

And before someone say's it, no we are not bigoted or phobics in anyway as we both have family member's who play at both end's of the crease lol

Isn't that just used as a filter to stop them from getting pms? Maybe they like chatting.

Maybe the guy isn't going to play with the tv/ts? Maybe the woman won't? I dunno this place is complicated.

Mail them an ask.

Maybe they like to treat someone the way they want to present themselves. If someone is treated and addressed as female then the male isn't bi.

Its yet another one of those difference of opinion things. There is no right answer.

On this is I will have to respectfully disagree I think. A guy having sex with a TV is still having sex with a man however much make-up they're wearing and however pretty a dress they're wearing (I accept a TS is different).

There's absolutely nothing wrong with it of course - but I can't accept the statement that 'they're not bi'. If they say they're 'straight' they're just kidding themselves.

Love how you're assuming that the man will play with the transfolk. Perhaps the lady wants to play with her?

If a woman you've fancied and played with, dresses as a guy. Wears a Suit and does everything to look like a man.

Do you still have sex with her like you did yesterday? (Maybe). And where do you stand with your label now?

I'm still shagging a woman though aren't I? A woman who happens to be dressed as a man!

Are you arguing a man having sex with another man is straight then? As I said nothing wrong with it - just embrace your bi-sexuality! Don't 'kid' yourself you're straight though.

The catagory is TV/TS. A TS is a women or a man who has gone through the transition process including surgery to become the opposite gender. A man who had sex with a female TS is having sex with a female. Now people might have their personal feelings on this matter, but that particular act would not suggest he is bi. TVs are a different matter as their bodies are still male.

I don't know. I'm all kinds of confused with the cross dressing and Tv/Ts thing.

I wish it was simple, I think the stupid questions asked in here on a daily basis don't help.

You might be fucking a mans body, but that 'man' might present herself as a woman.

That woman your shagging might present herself as a man. Your only fucking an image, but what about 'his' mind?

My experience of life is that people tell themselves whatever they need to in order to get through their day.

You're being a little naive in assuming that you know who is going to be playing with who when they meet. Also since the only option available is TV/TS in assuming that they will meet both.

We meet MF couples and single men and both of us are straight.

My experience on being on fab has taught me that it just depends on each day. Labels for most do not seem to be universally accepted nor are they convincing in their definition. It depends on the day... some need it that way to help then go through the day. Unfortunately it makes it very hard for others to make informed decisions but that's become the way now. What used to be a clear cut definition has has often become grey with variations on the theme with many uncomfortable either way. The will be new labels in months to come.

I take it that you haven't noticed that Fab lumps all TVs, TSs and CDs in one catagory. They could be wanting to meet a post op Transsexual. It may just be the woman who wants to play with the TV

Why are you assuming that the TV/TS is bi?

Don't just assume something, there are many different options and opinions.

Often asked about but sexual orientation isn't neatly clipped into 2 or 3 boxes. At clubs people sometimes caress my breasts etc but they're attracted to the female form, not my past. The fab category covers all genders in a multitude of transitional forms of gender.

A lot of couples have a partner who's not physically or romantically attracted to the same gender but they have situational interaction.

The beauty of the species is that everyone is so unique.

I'm straight. My wife is listed as straight but she's ... "bi selfish" maybe ... sorta.

It's not my place to tell her what orientation I think she is. That's her choice.

A lot of the time people deal with shame when bisexual feelings come up. It's hard to accept things that you feel would upset your parents or peers.
