"Found my fb dead in bed this morning", my sympathies go out to you, but how on earth do you handle a situation like that?

I'm a carer by trade, so I'm regularly first aid trained and I've been in situations where I've done end of life care and people I've looked after have passed away before I got there.

Obviously that's a very different situation! But I deal well with situations like that because I just immediately go into "carer mode".
