Chocolate and Cheese surprisingly ... I travelled around Indonesia & a lot of people ate it at breakfast (sliced cheese and either nutella or chocolate sprinkle type things). I looked on in disgust originally but curiousity got the better of me eventually!

That's called an "ice cream float" in northern Ireland. No ice cream Parlour seems to offer them anymore. Fallen out of fashion perhaps.

They have the "black cow" in the USA.. regular and vanilla ice cream. Ill Have to look for a dairy Queen if I ever get back over to the USA and try one!
