is anyone else having issues logging onto fab whilst out and about? I can't view the site bit used to be able to?

A bit more info might get you a better response. What phone, what network?

I hardly use ma phone for fab, as I'm at home most of the time and use ma pc, but I'm on 3 and have had no problems whenever I do use it

My provider has just blocked fab on mobile data unless I provide a credit card details to show I'm over 18.

This has only just happened and I'm reluctant to give this info if I'm not buying anything!

So.. will just do without until I'm back home!

You don't need to say anything, they know you're up to no good and if they don't, the smutty message that comes through as a banner just as you hand your phone over will clinch it

Same happened to me yesterday and I'm on Tesco. I haven't tried today as I'm on wifi now. I tried other sites and they seemed to work fine.

I had this issue last week since Thursday on O2. Don't have a credit card and didn't want to go in store so contacted them using the online chat on their website. They lifted the restrictions within 24hrs and I can now use the site on 4g again.

Ring them up usually if done over the phone you dont need a credit card.

I had this.

Went online on pc to the live chat and they did it there and then.

Followed a few clicks and hey presto,I can fab derrière pics on the loo at work!

Think this was an O2 specific problem, so anyone using their network may have experienced it - as others have said just have to contact them to get adult filters lifted.

What a lot of people don't realise though is that both GiffGaff and Tesco use O2 as the underlying network, so if you're on either of those you will be affected too

EE block things for you as well. I believe contract customers can change the settings in their account on line, PAYG can get restrictions lifted by staff in a shop.

I think most mobile providers ask you to unlock adult content now with a credit card as standard.

Its perfectly legit and easy to do.

Or you can go in store and ask them to do it there.

You dont have to tell them you're on fab unless they're hot
