I go in for my Karate grading today and am super nervous. It's a feeling that has never changed when you get graded for a new belt, but the rush afterwards and rewards are amazing.

When was the last time you felt super nervous?

It's blue at the moment and they say it's all where everything is in Japanese now, so very little English is used.

Everyone thought I was mad...

Take some deep breaths! My last time was when my daughter went travelling alone. 3 months of hell. Of course, she was completely fine.

Nerves will soon go when you get there,, and you'll be fine,, I get nervous on leading up to every meet, I'm actually a nervous wreck before hand,but it does wear off , good luck

No need for nerves and luck, stay calm & focused... You wouldn't be heading if you wasn't ready, trust in your practice and you'll smash it.

I've competed in sport at national, international & world level. I never had moments, that some nerves didn't occur. It focuses the mind on the goal.

Have a great day, I'm sure your effort and training, will see you achieve your goal.

I get nervous going into new social situations - my last time nervous was attending a conference for work overseas on my own - that first step into the room to start mingling always is a moment of minor terror!

Last night before a gig for me. I always feel nervous until a couple of songs into the set but once I get in the zone, all the good music comes out... =)

Nerves are good, if you didn't get nervous then where's the adrenaline and excitement, if a complete hottie like you got nervous before meeting me I'd take that as a compliment

Last time I was nervous was my last social, good nervous though.

Next time will be next Sunday, Bodypower Strongman competition, nerves help though, worth a few percent improvement on the lifts.
