Just opened an envelope left for me at work from a colleague to put some file she requires for Monday. I put the USB in and got to find the files on my laptop. Files copied and just about to eject but curiosity got the better of me... bored I looked through the couple of folders on there. Nothing much but then one folder just has an untitled folder inside. A double click later and another untitled folder, then another... weird but I click again and again a folder but this time my colleagues name is on it

She could've just taken them for herself, not to share or for the titillation of others . I have a platonic girlfriend that confided she dresses up sometimes and takes a few pics of herself to review and enjoy with no intention of sharing.

Just pretend you didn't see them and stay professional otherwise she might feel humiliated and embarrassed, especially if she's as composed and low key as you say.

There are so many possibilities but my opinion is she hadn't made it easy to access these pictures therefore didn't intend you to see them. You shouldn't have been looking anyway.

It occurred to me that it was a simple mistake. We have some USB sticks we wouldn't want anyon else to get hold of but they look the same as the ones containing our photos of interesting National Trust properties

In reality you now have information about her that you cannot share. She didn't intend on sharing these with you because if she did, she would have said, hey, here are pictures for you.

I guess you could use the information to guide conversation in a certain way, knowing that she has "slutty" pics but as we all know,just because I like sex, doesn't mean I would like sex with you.
